Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data VyaparGrow collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. We collect very little: the details you type into the waitlist form, and analytics only if you say yes.

1. About this policy

This policy covers the VyaparGrow website, its blog and the VyaparGrow AI Agent waitlist (together, the "Website"). It's written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

Under the DPDP Act, Nerdymon Technologies is the Data Fiduciary for your personal data: we decide why and how it's used. You are the Data Principal. Read this policy together with our Terms and Conditions.

2. Who we are

VyaparGrow is run by Nerdymon Technologies, Manipur Greens, Beside Gram Panchayat Office, Manipur, Ahmedabad 380058, Gujarat, India. For anything about your data, write to vyapargrow.io@gmail.com.

3. What we collect

When you join the waitlist using the full form, we store:

  • your name and email address
  • your business type and city
  • your biggest marketing challenge, if you pick one
  • that you agreed to be contacted about launch and early access
  • which form you used and when you signed up

If you use the short form at the top of the home page, we store only your email address, which form you used and when.

We also handle some data automatically:

  • Your IP address is checked while a form is being submitted, to block spam and too many attempts. It's kept only temporarily in the server's memory, never written to our database or saved with your signup.
  • Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) for a limited period to keep the Website secure and fix problems.
  • If you accept analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect usage data (see "Cookies and analytics").
  • Your browser stores your cookie choice, and a marker for each blog post you've opened in the current tab so a view is only counted once. Neither identifies you.

4. What we don't collect

We don't ask for payment details, ID documents, passwords or any sensitive personal data such as health, financial or biometric information. We don't connect to your Google Business Profile, WhatsApp or social media accounts. Please don't send us any of this by email.

5. Why we use it

  • To keep your place on the waitlist and email you about launch and early access. We do this with your consent, which you give by joining.
  • To understand how people use the Website and improve it. We do this only if you accept analytics.
  • To keep the Website secure, stop spam and abuse, and fix errors. The DPDP Act allows this as a legitimate use.
  • To answer you when you write to us, and to meet our legal duties.

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about you.

6. Cookies and analytics

The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept analytics. Until you choose "Accept", Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity stay switched off. Advertising storage is always off, because we don't run ads on the Website.

If you accept:

  • Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) records the pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and can replay sessions so we can spot confusing parts of a page.

You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser, so clearing your browser data resets it.

7. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers who help us run the Website, and only what they need:

  • our hosting provider, whose servers in India run the Website and its database
  • Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity), only if you accept analytics
  • Google (Gmail), which carries the emails we exchange with you

We'll disclose data to government or law enforcement only when Indian law requires it, and only what the request legally covers. If our business is merged or sold, your data may move to the new owner, who must keep the promises in this policy.

9. Where your data is stored

Waitlist data is stored on our servers in India. If you accept analytics, Google and Microsoft may process that usage data on their servers outside India, under their own safeguards.

10. How long we keep it

  • Waitlist details: until 12 months after the public launch of VyaparGrow AI Agent, or until you leave the waitlist, whichever comes first. If we close the waitlist, we delete them.
  • Emails you send us: as long as we need them to help you and keep a record of what was agreed.
  • Server logs: a limited period for security, then deleted.
  • Analytics data: kept by Google and Microsoft under the retention settings of our accounts with them.

When you leave the waitlist, we delete your details within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something.

11. How we protect it

The Website uses HTTPS. Waitlist data can be seen only by our authorised team through a password-protected admin panel with limits on login attempts. Forms have spam protection, and we collect as little as we can.

No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach happens, we'll tell the people affected and the Data Protection Board of India, as the DPDP Act requires.

12. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it
  • ask us to erase it
  • withdraw your consent at any time. It's as easy as giving it: email us or use the unsubscribe link, and we'll stop
  • have your complaints handled by our Grievance Officer
  • nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or can't act for yourself

To use any of these, write to vyapargrow.io@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we handle your complaint, you can go to the Data Protection Board of India.

Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.

13. Children

The Website and waitlist are for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that someone under 18 has joined the waitlist, we'll delete their details.

14. Emails from us

We only email waitlist members about the VyaparGrow AI Agent launch, early access and important changes to our Terms and Conditions or this policy. Every email tells you how to unsubscribe.

15. Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy when we change how we handle data, for example when VyaparGrow AI Agent launches. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes, we'll email people on the waitlist before the change takes effect, and ask for fresh consent where the law requires it.

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
