Terms and Conditions

These Terms explain the rules for using the VyaparGrow website and joining the VyaparGrow AI Agent waitlist. Please read them before you sign up. They're written to be clear, and the short version is: the product isn't live yet, joining the waitlist is free, and you stay in control of your details.

1. Accepting these Terms

By visiting the Website or joining the Waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website or join the Waitlist.

If you use the Website for a business, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Who we are

VyaparGrow is operated by Nerdymon Technologies, with its registered office at Manipur Greens, Beside Gram Panchayat Office, Manipur, Ahmedabad 380058, Gujarat, India. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Nerdymon Technologies.

3. Words we use

  • "Website" means VyaparGrow's website, including the blog and any page on the same domain.
  • "Waitlist" means the list of people who have signed up through a form on the Website to hear about launch and early access.
  • "Services" means the VyaparGrow AI Agent product we're building. It isn't available yet (see "Where we are today").
  • "Content" means any text, image, video, design, data or other material on the Website.
  • "You" means the person using the Website, and the business they act for, if any.

4. Who can use the Website

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to join the Waitlist. The Waitlist is meant for business owners, managers and people who help run local businesses.

5. Where we are today

VyaparGrow AI Agent is in development. Right now the Website offers:

  • information about the product we're building and the industries we plan to serve
  • a blog with guides on Google Business Profile and local marketing
  • a free Waitlist for launch updates and possible early access
  • "Ask AI" and "Summarize with AI" buttons that open third-party AI assistants

There is no customer account and no connection to your Google, WhatsApp or social media accounts yet. Product screens, sample data and timelines shown on the Website are illustrations of our plans. They aren't an offer, and they may change before launch.

6. The Waitlist and early access

  • Joining the Waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything.
  • Joining doesn't guarantee early access, a pilot place, a free profile check or a launch date. We'll invite people in the order and number that suits a fair, well-run pilot.
  • Dates such as "pilot opening early 2027" are targets, not promises.
  • Each email address can join once. Please give your own, accurate details; you can sign up only yourself or a business you're allowed to represent.
  • You can leave the Waitlist at any time by writing to vyapargrow.io@gmail.com. We'll remove your details within 30 days.

If you join with only your email address (the short form at the top of the home page), we'll use it only to send launch and early-access updates, the same as the full form.

7. Emails we send

We'll email you about the VyaparGrow AI Agent launch, early access and changes to these Terms. We won't sell your details or send you other companies' offers. Every email will tell you how to stop receiving them, and you can always write to vyapargrow.io@gmail.com.

8. Using the Website fairly

When you use the Website, you agree not to:

  • give false details or sign up someone else without their permission
  • use bots, scripts or automated tools to submit forms, scrape Content or collect data from the Website
  • try to break, overload, probe or get around the Website's security, rate limits or spam protection
  • upload or send anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights
  • copy, resell or republish the Website or its Content as your own
  • use the Website in a way that breaks any law in India or where you live

We may block requests, remove entries or refuse access when we see this kind of use.

9. Blog and website content

Our blog and guides are general information for local businesses. They aren't legal, tax, financial, medical or professional advice, and they may not suit your situation. Please check important decisions with a qualified adviser.

We try to keep Content accurate and current, but platforms such as Google change their rules and features often. We can't promise that every article is complete or up to date.

Following our guides, or later using our Services, doesn't guarantee better Google rankings, more reviews, more customers or more revenue. Results depend on many things we don't control, including Google's own systems.

10. AI features and AI assistants

The Website describes AI features we're building, such as profile audits, business descriptions, Google posts and review replies. These descriptions show how we plan the product to work and may change before launch.

Our planned approach is that you review and approve AI-generated content before it's published or applied to your business profile. AI can make mistakes, so you'll always be responsible for checking what's published in your name.

The "Ask AI" and "Summarize with AI" buttons open third-party assistants (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek and Google AI Mode) with a ready-made question about VyaparGrow or the article you're reading. Those assistants are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. Their answers are written by their systems, not by us, and may be wrong. We don't control or check them.

11. Third-party services and links

The Website links to and uses services run by other companies, including Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), Microsoft Clarity, YouTube and the AI assistants mentioned above. Analytics tools help us understand how the Website is used, for example which pages people visit and where they get stuck. They run only if you accept analytics cookies, and our Privacy Policy explains what they collect.

Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policy. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they handle data once you leave our Website.

12. Our content and trademarks

The VyaparGrow name, logo, Website design and Content belong to us or our licensors. You may read, share links to and print pages for your own use. Anything beyond that, such as copying articles to another site, needs our written permission.

Google, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp and other product names are trademarks of their owners. VyaparGrow is an independent product and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Meta or the AI assistant providers unless we say so clearly.

13. Your feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or industry requests, you allow us to use them to improve our product without paying you or owing you anything. We won't publish your name or business with your feedback without asking first.

14. Your privacy

We collect only what we need to run the Waitlist and protect the Website. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, where it's stored and your rights.

15. Future services

We plan to launch the VyaparGrow AI Agent with Google Business Profile management, AI-drafted posts and review replies. Website building, WhatsApp tools and blog automation are ideas for later, not confirmed features.

Before you use any of these, we'll publish updated terms covering how the Services work, connecting your Google or other accounts, AI-generated content and how your business data is handled. You'll be asked to accept them before you start.

16. What we can't promise

The Website and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the Website secure and running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code.

Where we only pass on or host information that others provide, we act as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that can't be excluded by contract.

17. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business, lost data or damage to reputation, that come from using or being unable to use the Website.

For any other claim about the Website or the Waitlist, our total liability to you is limited to the lowest amount the law allows.

These limits don't apply to loss caused by our fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that Indian law doesn't allow us to limit.

18. Your responsibility for misuse

If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these Terms, misused the Website or gave us details you had no right to give, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs from that claim. This doesn't apply to any part of the loss we caused ourselves.

19. Removing entries and ending access

We may remove a Waitlist entry, or block access to the Website, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms, is fake or automated, or puts the Website or other people at risk. Where it's practical and safe, we'll tell you why by email.

We may also close the Waitlist or stop running the Website. If we do, we'll delete Waitlist data we no longer need.

20. Changes to these Terms

We'll update these Terms as the product grows. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. For important changes, we'll email people on the Waitlist before the change takes effect. If you keep using the Website after a change, the new Terms apply. If you don't agree, you can leave the Waitlist at any time.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a complaint, please write to us first. We'll try to resolve it with you within 30 days. If we can't, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to go to a forum where you live.

22. Grievance Officer

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, you can raise any complaint about the Website or its Content with our Grievance Officer:

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

23. General

  • If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
  • You can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the Website, and these Terms will still protect you.
  • We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, outages of internet or hosting providers, cyberattacks or government action.
  • These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Website and the Waitlist. If they are translated, the English version applies.
