Ask their owners how customers find them, and most will say "word of mouth."
But today, word of mouth often starts on Google. When someone searches "AC repair near me" or "salon near me", Google shows a few businesses on the map before any website. Customers see your hours, photos and reviews and decide in seconds. Too often that first impression is out of date: old hours, missing services, no recent posts, a review from two years ago still waiting for a reply.
Owners know their Google Business Profile (many still call it Google My Business) matters. They just don't have the time. Agencies feel like a big step for a one- or two-person business. And many automated local business marketing tools post generic content that doesn't show the real business behind it.

Is VyaparGrow the same as Google My Business?
No. Google Business Profile (earlier called Google My Business) is Google's free listing for your business. VyaparGrow AI Agent is a separate tool designed to help you manage that profile. Read our guide to Google Business Profile in India.
Will VyaparGrow post or reply on my behalf without asking?
Not unless you choose it. At launch, every post, review reply and profile change waits for your approval, so nothing goes live until you approve it. We're also planning an Autopilot Mode: once you're confident in the drafts, you'll be able to choose what VyaparGrow can post and reply to without asking. Even on Autopilot, you can still review every post and reply, edit or undo anything, and pause or stop Autopilot Mode whenever you want. See our roadmap.
Can VyaparGrow get my business to the top of Google Maps?
No one can honestly promise that. Google decides local rankings, and there's no way to pay Google for a better local ranking. VyaparGrow is designed to help you keep a complete, accurate and active profile.
Is Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Creating a Google Business Profile and listing your business on Google is free. Be careful of calls asking you to pay to "verify" or "rank" your listing. VyaparGrow is a separate tool that helps you manage the free profile.

No. VyaparGrow is built in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for owner-run local businesses across India, in big cities, growing towns and everywhere in between.
I run my business from home. Can I still be on Google?
Often, yes, if you meet Google's guidelines, for example if you visit customers at their location. If customers don't come to your home, Google asks you to remove your address and show service areas instead. VyaparGrow is designed to check your eligibility and guide you through this setup.
Do I need marketing or technical skills to use VyaparGrow?
No. VyaparGrow is designed for busy owners, not marketers. It explains each step in plain language and gives you drafts to approve, edit or reject.
Will the posts sound like my business?
That's the goal. Google posts and review replies are drafted from your business details and your brand voice, not copied from a template, and you can edit anything before approving it.
Can VyaparGrow help me reply to bad reviews?
